Anyone can do this; you don’t need lots of money to start.
Last year I was approached by several people after speaking at various networking events around the country about mentoring. I developed a program that would help both start up property investors and investors who already own property but wanted to grow their portfolio and maximise their returns.
Mentoring has now become a real passion of mine, I love working through potential deals with my clients and then walking them through the whole process. It can be very daunting when you are new to property investment, and the wrong property can cost you dearly, so we will look at the whole picture.
From the goals and business plans, we can work out the best strategy that fits with your lifestyle, whether the goal is to move away from your current job asap or create a second income and decent sized pension. We also look at strategies that use little or none of your own money, allowing just about anyone to start a property business, providing you are willing to put in the time and effort.
This is a 6 month program and is designed to give you all the tools, knowledge and confidence you need to invest in property. Strategies that you can rinse and repeat meaning no matter how big your goals, you will see a clear path to achieving them.

When is a good time to get into property? Have you ever heard the saying, "don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait?" This is so true. Don't put excuses in the way and look back in years to come and wish you had started sooner!
