Churchfield Cottage refurbishment

Weatherboard in need of attention

A Grade II listed weather-boarded cottage in desperate need of attention. It was damp and dated but brought back to life with a full refurbishment. We negotiated a great price with the understanding we would clear the property too as the vendor wasn't local.

Outside we took down an old asbestos garage and replaced it with a good sized driveway and the pretty front garden was made beautiful again with new shrubs and fencing. Fantastic investment project and sold 6 months after purchase with an ROI of 59%

Weatherboarding painted

Before and after pictures of the front of the house and below there are pictures of the back.
The garage and rubbish gone, the house is painted and parking bay now in.

The picture shows the only kitchen units this kitchen had!
We were able to reconfigure the space and add lots more units.
