CHURCHFIELD COTTAGE
A Grade II listed weather-boarded cottage in desperate need of attention. It was damp and dated but brought back to life with a full refurbishment. We negotiated a great price with the understanding we would clear the property too as the vendor wasn't local.

Outside we took down an old asbestos garage and replaced it with a good sized driveway and the pretty front garden was made beautiful again with new shrubs and fencing. Fantastic investment project and sold 6 months after purchase with an ROI of 59%
