Our refurbishments are led by Peter who brings 25 years of building experience to each project, along side his highly skilled build team. We buy at a discount to safe guard our investments from any market correction.

We are a family run business and have been investing in property for 17 years. We have collaborated very successfully with angel investors and joint venture partnerships on some of our past investments and have 100% payback rate.
